Alyssa is the SYTI Counseling founder and owner. She works alongside her therapy dog to treat children, teenagers, and adults. Alyssa specializes in PTSD, grief and traumatic loss, and eating disorders such a Binge Eating Disorder, Anorexia Nervosa, Orthorexia, and ARFID.
Jenn specializes in anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and trauma. She works with children (7+), teenagers, and adults.
In our therapy practice, we integrate various therapeutic approaches, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, to ensure each client receives personalized care.
