• $40-$245per 45-minute session

• A sliding scale is available based on client need.

Do You Take My Insurance?

SYTI Counseling is a private out-of-network practice, so we do not accept any insurance directly. However, many insurance companies have out-of-network benefits, in which they will reimburse you a significant portion of the therapy fee. 

Many insurance companies reimburse somewhere from 50%-80% of the fee. After each session, you will be emailed a Superbill that you can use to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. If you are unsure whether or not your insurance has out-of-network coverage, here is how you can find out:

1. Call the mental/behavioral health phone number on the back of your insurance card. 
2. Ask your insurance “Do I have out of network coverage for behavioral health?”
3. If yes, ask them “What is my deductible, if any?”
4. Then ask “What percentage of the fee will you reimburse me once I meet my deductible?”
5. Then ask them what their process is for submitting your receipts to insurance for reimbursement.
